Delete Your DayBuddy Account & Data
You have full control over your personal data. Learn what data is deleted, how to remove on-device data, or submit a cloud account deletion request below.
1. What data is deleted when you request account deletion?
When your account deletion is processed:
- Firebase Auth Profile: Your authentication identity and login credentials are permanently deleted.
- Cloud Firestore User Document: Your user document (
/users/{uid}) is permanently deleted. - Entitlements & Companion Licenses: Records of unlocked companions and active subscription entitlements (
/users/{uid}/entitlements/*) are deleted. - Purchase History: Historical app purchase records (
/users/{uid}/purchases/*) are removed.
2. What data is retained or anonymized?
To comply with legal financial reporting, Google Play anti-fraud protections, and subscription non-repudiation rules, payment transaction receipt tokens in /purchaseTokens have all user identification stripped and are marked as DELETED_USER with an anonymized timestamp. They can no longer be linked to your identity or email.

DayBuddy stores your timetable activities and focus blocks directly on your Android phone:
